Description

These extensions are made of chromoly steel and measure 36″ (914 mm) long x 7/8″ (22.4 mm) diameter. They have 1/4″ pin connection holes at each end and come with one (1) linchpin (snapper pin). They are compatible with our 3-piece augers (auger heads, Tee handles, shafts) and twisted wire brush attachment.

Note:  Achievable depth depends on soil conditions. Soil or fill containing large amounts of gravel, cobbles or boulders may not be feasible to sample using hand augers or extensions.
